All sales of downloadable sheet music are final and refunds on such items will not be offered. Please contact us using the form above if you are having trouble obtaining your download (for example, an expired link) to receive assistance.  If a printed book arrives damaged, then it will be replaced at no cost to you provided you notify us within 7 days of its delivery, and you provide proof (pictures) of the damage.  In the event you need to cancel a recent book order, please notify us as quickly as possible – if it has already shipped, then it will be the responsibility of the customer to return the item undamaged (and at the customer’s expense) before a refund will be issued.
